Clinton – Blatant Disregard For National Security
The core issue regarding the conduct of Hillary Clinton is her blatant disregard for the national security rules, regulations, and laws governing the secure use and handling of classified information. By setting up a private email server and connecting numerous laptops, tablets, and phone instruments to operate through it, she exposed herself, her staff, and any person who communicated with her, including the President of the United States, to the needless risk of interception and penetration of ALL the users of her server.

When she was sworn in as First Lady, as Senator, and then as Secretary of State, she received processing briefings and indoctrinations into various “security compartments.” Her signature on these documents certified that she had both read and understood them. The purpose of her signature is to prove that she was advised and understood the serious responsibility that comes with being granted access to the nation’s most sensitive information.

The briefing papers clearly outline her responsibility to follow the rules and laws designed to protect these secrets. She acknowledged, through her signature and her oath of office, to follow these rules, regulations, and laws. Before the ink was dry, she gave orders to usurp and disregard these very instructions and set up an unsecured communications network in the basement of an unsecured and unapproved location, and then purchased – with taxpayer funding – various tablets, laptops, and phones to use on this unsecured network.

She must have read that bit of history, and committed it to memory, so she can use it today! She is very very good at spending tax payers dollars! She is corrupt to the core! df
The use of her devices, many of which have supposedly gone missing or were “destroyed” with a hammer, is in itself a flagrant violation of the rules, regulations, and laws covering communication devices. All government-issued communication equipment must be properly recorded upon issue and turned in for secure destruction.
Only a small number of people in the State Department communications division are authorized to properly dispose of and certify that communications devices have been turned in and properly destroyed so that nothing can ever be recovered from those devices.
<<destroyed” with a hammer>> I can just see her pounding away on her computer to destroy it! Later we find out that she had communication with her lesbian lovers, on those same computers! She certainly couldn’t expose them by revealing their identity! Yes there were several! df
This process is sacrosanct within the entire government so we do not lose neither devices nor classified and sensitive materials. In essence, she and her staff disregarded all of these regulatory and legal guidelines.

By operating the unsecured server, she opened up avenues for hostile attacks to anyone who communicated with her on that server. Her phone, tablet, and laptop – not to mention those of her staff – opened up windows of access for hostile attacks to copy, record and live monitor those networks.

The State Department has an unclassified email system, in addition to the classified and secure email, chat, and official cable communications networks – all are secure. She chose to avoid using this official system and instead concealed her communications from the Official Records Act and the corresponding oversight and accountability in government which are the pillars of our constitutional republic.
She – and every government employee – works for and answers to, ‘We The People.’ Her arrogance of power and her ignorance of the consequences of her actions are now on display across the world as her unfiltered communications are read by millions.

What she has done has never been done in our history. No senior official has ever created a private communications network set up in the basement of one’s house. No one has ever displayed such a blatant disregard for the Federal Records Act, the handling of national security plans, intentions and classified information. There is no precedence for this.

Yet, she has gotten away with exposing our secrets, embarrassing and humiliating every government employee who follows the rules and the people who protect our country. By extension, FBI Director James Comey and Attorney General Loretta Lynch have ruptured the public trust. The integrity of the FBI and the Justice Department is destroyed.

It’s worth noting when Richard Nixon committed his crimes, he lied to cover them up, denied any wrongdoing, and fired the Attorney General and the special prosecutor in an effort to protect himself. He was ultimately called to account by one senior FBI agent and two reporters who took their First Amendment responsibilities to heart: hold the government accountable to the people.
Nixon was driven from office because of the moral courage of an FBI agent and journalists with the moral courage to do what was right. Neither appears to exist today.

“Mekong Delta” conjures up visions of intrigue, and danger – and of beauty and excitement, and a dozen other emotions mixed together – for many westerners. That’s because we heard about it in newspapers, and on the nightly news, and in spy novels and in pulpy men’s magazines. But for 17 million people, and for literally thousands of species, the Mekong Delta is home. It is the largest fishery for Vietnam, and its sodden lands make up a quarter of Vietnam’s agricultural production – especially rice production. So its no surprise that for many who live on the Mekong river actually live ON the Mekong – on boats and barges and other floating communities. That’s particularly true of traders who conduct daily floating markets in places like Cai Be. You can visit ‘Floating Markets’ in a variety of locations across Asia – but most are largely for tourists – whereas the Mekong floating markets are really only for locals. Because the markets (like most markets around the world) are at their busiest early in the morning, and because the Mekong markets are hours away from Ho Chi Minh City, you’d need to be heading out around 4am to experience the hustle-and-bustle. Instead, many tour companies include a boat ride through and past the remnants of the market, however, as part of a day trip from HCMC to the delta. That’s where this picture was taken – at Cai Be The town is about 100km from HCMC – that’s less than the distance between the Gold Coast and Brisbane – a one-hour drive in good conditions. But the trip took us around two-and-a-half hours … because road transport in Vietnam is somewhat slow experience🙂

Both the Democrats and the Republicans have policies related to the presidential ticket with regard to last minute replacements. However, the two major political parties do not have the final word on a last minute replacement.

Congress is the ultimate decision maker with regard to a change the election date under Article II of the United States Constitution. Article II allows Congress to set dates for the selection of presidential electors and when the members of the electoral college will actually vote.

The election extension would be not be indefinite as Congress would face a drop dead December deadline because the U.S. Constitution’s 20th Amendment requires that all congressional terms expire Jan. 3 and presidential terms must expire, at the latest, on January 20th. Though it’s conceivable to split legislative and presidential elections, they generally happen at the same time. Now these dates are indeed predicated on a government that is following the rules and that assumption is indeed risky given the recent behaviors of President Obama, Attorney General Lynch, FBI Director Comey and of course the grand Queen of Crime, Hillary Clinton. It would not surprise me if Obama dictated terms through an executive order as he has illegally done so many times before.

With regard to Clinton’s Presidential campaign, Hillary has been missing in action for several days and has not done a press conference in months. Is it health, or is it due to the fact that she has no answers for continual revelations of criminality.

Her doctor says it is pneumonia, but many doctors say she has major problems, including mental illnes! They say she may have had one or more small strokes! df
More Benghazi Revelations
The U.S. State Department has been caught hiding Clinton emails on the subject of Benghazi. The Associated Pressis reporting that the FBI has also discovered dozens of emails related to Benghazi and that Clinton failed to hand over these specific emails at the legal request of Congress in late 2012 and early 2013.
<>We all know that Clinton has hidden thousands of emails! We also know that ambassador Stevens requested security aid on several occasions!
